"This insurance agency is professional and has excellent customer service, and has always been there to help me when I needed it never once have they dropped the ball in helping me when I needed my insurance company or when I needed road side assistance or when I had to make a hail damage claim, they have always been cheaper than their competition and always given me great rates in comparison. "So we’ve been with State Farm for about a year but I always felt it was a chore calling to update either addresses, or policies and we’ve never had any problems with State Farm whatsoever, it is great for auto insurance, period. but when I switched offices due to being closer to the office. I was put in touch with the Veronica Mendoza office. And I just have to say hands down best insurance company office I’ve ever experienced with hands down hospitality. Crystal went above and beyond to add our new vehicle on to our policy. She thoroughly went through to help us find the best rates for our new vehicle and at a great price and gave us peace of mind. She answered every question with kindness and helped me understand “insurance talk”. She went over payments and billing as well. She even called me back in such a timely manner. She was very professional and I would recommend her and the Veronica Mendoza office and State Farm to anyone looking to get coverage. 100% recommend!"
